This concept is funded by former Mickey D executives, Art smith that also did a yummy splenda cookbook is the chef of this rip off concept of a well know local palo alto that came on the scene first!

Lots of healthy/vegan options. Fish tacos aren't as good as I expected (it's not tender nor juicy) but I love the spicy chipotle sauce. Banilla shake + ginger pomegranate lemonade are worth trying!

What's not to like here, every item on the menu is less that 600 calories. I recommend the grilled chicken & pineapple sandwich as they are perfectly infused with a marinated kale side salad.

Love the tofu tacos which is both vegan and gluten free (they have a regular ol' fish version too). Try the quinoa crunch wrap too. Little known fact: their breakfast is delish!

I love their lemonades and refreshers. Portions are on the smaller side, but are healthy. I typically order the grilled chicken and pineapple sandwich. Flatbread pizzas are also good.

Lots of choices if you are GF or V, but not if you are GF and V. Oh well, hopefully they will adjust the menu in the future. Also soy milk is the only non-dairy option.

Items arrive after random delays (between 5 & 30 mins). Staff could spend more time providing food, less on insincere efforts to befriend clientele. Tasty, healthy food once you get it.

Thai red curry bowl with tofu, wheat berries (!), and ginger for favor. This place feels like a pricier version of Noodles & Company ...

Nice, healthy spot in downtown Palo Alto that consistently serves great food. The only unfortunate thing about LYFE kitchen is that the pricing is also Palo Alto.

Paleo Options - Apps: Grilled Artichokes, Guacamole w/o chips, Farmer's Market Salad; Mains: Grilled Chicken; Many gluten-free choices if you're not being strict.

The beacon is only to tell the waiter where your table is. You ARE going to get table service. Bad for the servers, it's hard for them to get tips when their system asks the customers to pay first.

I highly recommend the ancient grain bowl. Really excellent Chinese-influenced flavor and the mock beef goes well the vegetables, quinoa and other grains.

This is the worst restaurant in Palo Alto. Charging twice the price for half the portion does not make something health food. You might as well just go to McDonalds and eat a quarter portion.

I really enjoy their flatbreads and the corn chowder was delicious (a little on the thin side). Unfried chicken was cooked well but didn't have enough taste.

The beet drink is very refreshing. If you want a sweet drink have the cucumber mint. The fish tacos & non fried chicken are top notch

Small portions, so not worth it. I ordered a salad + chicken, and I'm counting the pieces of chicken. Each piece is the size of a nickel. NOT Worth it.

Veggie Burger is great (when they're not too busy, but at rush hours you might end up with a cold burger).

Order the crispy gardein sandwich (a vegan option) but substitute the vegan 'meat' with the panko breaded chicken.

Soup is small for the money. Chicken sandwich is bland. But the flatbreads are good and more filling than they look.

It's a nice place (i like their new pasta especially), but they keep bringing dirty glasses. This is ridiculous.
