Definitely a post-work office crowd. The drinks were terrible but the food was great!!! Go for beer and taquitos at happy hour. Good AND cheap.

Laughing Man is now the new Mackey's location. The menu hasn't really changed. The old L St location had a similar menu anyway.

Drink downstairs with Manny and Mark. They are great. But beware LMT often closes early in the evenings (9pm - 10pm), so call ahead.
