People tend to check in during these times:
The Magic of Macy's. Shop, explore and so much more!
It's a huge property. Very courteous & friendly staff.
Great fragrance and cosmetics Depts. I got the new Vincent Camuto yesterday!!! However, the shoe dept is absolutely horrific. Goto Springfield or King of Prussia Locations.
Has a huge selection of shoes! Great store!
Busy day and light show
Great store but they are under construction so some departments were hard to find
nice place, nice organ music
Go during Christmas season- the light show is spectacular
I had to stop by Starbucks and get a vente white mocha chocolate latte.
Ótimos preços em perfumes, maquiagem e relógios.
Personnel is kind
Buy what's on sale and stack the savings on with your Macy's card. You can end up with some very sweet deals. If purchasing luggage, don't hesitate to ask for floor models for an additional 10% off.
Lots of history in this original John Wanamaker's building.
Always. Got. A sale
Take the elevator to 2nd or 3rd floor. 1st floor gets crowded fast.
Such friendly staff, very pleasant shopping experience:)
Christmas music on 11/4 - argh!
Great mattress department! 50 beds total on the selling floor!
What a store! And the Organ music is the icing on the cake!
Yes it's Macys, but it' also a really incredible building. They play the pipe organ (worlds largest!) a few times a day. Read a big about the building's history (Google: Wanamakers). Cool stuff.
The MAC counter staff is much nicer here than at the snooty Walnut street location. Same products, better experience.
This place is a gem of history! Take the tour or chat with Jennie at Visitor's Center!
I looooove Shopping
This isn't even on my list but the cash is burning a whole in my pocket anyway...nice sale they got going on today
MAC MAKEUP MANAGER. NICKI..IS AWESOME..TAKES THE TIME TO SHOW YOU HOW YO APPLY THE MAKEUP..SHE IS FIERCE& FABULOUS
Nothing like a sale
Match sure to catch a live orgam performance. It is a really cool experience.
Take a tour of the old Wannamaker building (now a Macy's), a National Historic Landmark. Don't miss the Christmas Light Show, the Grand Court Organ and the St. Louis World's Fair Eagle.
Best shoe collection in the city
Everyone in the fragrance section is friendly with the exception of the hefty black woman near the GaGa section. Attitude and not pleasant.
Wonderful place to shop. The grand organ is nice to hear. There home department is awesome.
Macy's is a great store but it will always be Wanamakers and the light show
Great Holiday Shopping
Come see the light show!
Once Wanamaker’s, America’s first “modern day department store” this US Historic Landmark was built in 1876 and still houses the largest operational pipe organ in the world; played at noon each day.
Ohhhhh noooooo they used the most dangerous words known to men " Macy's is having a sale"
International visitors ask 10%OFF coupone at the visitors center.
This is a nice place 2 go 2 and go shopping in Philadelphia.
Avoid shopping on Sunday if you're likely to need help.
The pipe organ is amazing
Worst employees ever. Unless you have an entire day to waste standing in line or being ignored, go to somewhere else.
Hide in the women's intimate apparel section n smile all creepy like
President Taft was the guest of honor at the dedication of Wanamaker's department store (now Macy’s) on December 30, 1911. A bronze plaque inlaid in the Juniper Street entrance marks the spot.
The "security" here is foolish. Though I don't condone shop lifting.
Listen to the free organ concert - schedule is posted on the first floor.
World's largest pipe organ: cool.
The light show and Dickens Village are holiday must sees but prepare for lines at Dickens Village.
If you don't mind the merchandise littered on the floors it's a nice place. Customer service is excellent!
See the light show at xmas
