Korean Prime Barbecue Restaurant Housed in Midtown Manhattan.
Yummy Korean bbq. The waitress was super nice & explained everything to us, and cooked our meat.
Wow! The Spicy Marinated Chicken is the Bomb!
go-to-lunch-spot for korean
Outstanding Korean BBQ and excellent service!
As always, cooked in front of you, pretty good meats and combos.
Bulgogi is a bit tough and dry, not as good as other places
If you love Korean BBQ you really cannot go wrong here. Awesome selection of fresh proteins and a solid soju menu. A bit of a walk from the main street in K-town but worth it.
decent prices for kbbq + a lot of side dishes including bean paste soup!
Definitely the highest quality of Korean bbq, great place for being off ktown
Don't get the bi bim bap. They use ground beef instead of bulgogi. Bleh!!
Stir fry spicy pork is delicious
Always get the pancakes. Always
Very good Korean BBQ.
Great service! Great food! Much better than any place on 32nd street. Also you get the Yogurt drinks as "dessert" which is cute :)
KBBQ prices are higher than the restaurants on 32nd street but the portions are smaller.
SIDE DISHES: a little lacking compared to those in given in ktown, but this is the only korean bbq place i know of that serves pickled radish wraps. and if you ask me, that's all that matters.
marinated meats are better than non-marinated.
Dduk mandoo kuk
Food was average but service was pretty good & attentive. Probably not worth a repeat trip given other options around K-town.
Get the Bulgogi for your main dish, shrimp fried rice, Mandouk dumpling soup and the Mandouk dumplings, you will not be disappointed. First time here and will be back.
Sapporo is a great light beer for a more authentic beverage. Yummy!
Went for lunch. The place is fantastic. Will go back for sure. Got the spicy pork BBQ for lunch. Spectacular.
Decent, friendly, bustling Korean BBQ. Would return, but also want to check out miss Korea.
Try the barbecue pork, chicken, and/or marinated rib. Excellent!
Cafeteria style atmosphere and average food - better off going to the main ktown area a few streets south
Great food. Excellent service. This is a terrific find!
There are several Korean restaurants next door and I do recommend to go to another one. The service at Madangsui is on a very low level.
Kimchi jigae (김치찌개) is good :)
ask for garlic and extra mushroom. also ask for wet towels to wipe ur hands. no kketnip tho, boo'
Love that they have 2 sizes for their pancakes! The small one is good for two people. Their tofu soup is really flavorful!
Get the Kalbi marinated beef with a side of bibimbap! So yummy
Bulgogi is fantastic. If its your first time at Korean BBQ, the oranges are to eat. Don't embarrass yourself by wiping your hands with them.
Overpriced and the only thing worth it is the galbi not marinaded.
Far and away the best Korean BBQ I've found in Manhattan.
The yangnyum galbi is sooo good!
Can't go wrong with kalbi or joomuluk. For lunch get the juksuk bibimbap. The nicest staff in the world.
my fave Korean BBQ in Manhattan. Get the seafood Pa jun & any of the combo BBQ plates. Cucumber soju is delicious.
If you can't eat with sticks, ask the helpful staff to give you a little lesson. If it didn't help, ask for a pair of children sticks.
Kimchi chigae is best in the city
The BBQ is a little overpriced, but the bulgogi is crazy good and worth the Won
Try the korean barbeque
I look forward to my complimentary korean yogurt drink when I come here for lunch
Tell the waitstaf not to rush. Or you will get the entres before the apps.
Recommend the "Seafood Soft Tofu Chigae"
The scotch is the cheapest in town
Order The New York Times suggestions.. That's says it all!
Absolutely amazing kimchi jigae and samyapsel:)
