The Pedestrian is the perfect mix of spicy and sweet. Amazing. The baristas are pros - pour perfect espresso shots and exceptional pour-overs every time.

Great artisanal espresso drinks. Great place for meet ups - large art gallery space with an inside bike rack. Also ask about the Passport - a great deal for trying out coffee in Burlington.

Ride your bike here. Fixies, commuters, 29ers, fat bikes, that old Schwinn in your basement, whatever rolls.

They don't take names for orders. Regularly have a problem with someone taking my drink and they won't replace it. Annoying as hell. Otherwise, pretty swanky fun place.

V60method is another slow coffee option at mag. It produces a cup with a lighter body, but accentuates the sweetness with enhanced clarity. Great for coffees like the Ethiopian they have now on v60

If you like French Press style coffee you will want to try the Cafe Solo method. It produces a rich bold and gritty cup. For such reasons it is not my favorite, just a bit too muddy.

Ask about different slow pour coffee methods. They have 3 now. My favorite is the Clever method, which is an immersion brew through a paper filter. It produces a really clean cup with a full body.
