Reservation is a must, try to get a table in front of the stage, dinner should be finished when show begins

Staff was awesome, very nice and accommodating. The teamwork they showed was impressive, everyone was working every table, including the managers. The music was great, the musicians very entertaining.

Though choreograph, the dancers are uncoordinated, in fact at one point two dances nearly bumped into each other. Regardless of the bumbling on the stage, the fire is real and therefore impressive.

This place is for special occasions (b-day, anniversary, etc.) for when money is no option, you want to live the “luau” experience w/o flying hours to see the real thing, or just an excuse to drink.
  • Jorge R.
    Jorge R.September 6, 2017
Drinks are expensive. Non-alcoholic start at $7. However, they are huge. Tried Black Magic ($17), not impressed, was strong, but awful. Happy hour offer 50% on drinks and appetizers.

The a/c was almost non-existent. There was a portable unit to try to alleviate the problem. Like many attractions in SF, wait until the weather is cooler.

Make your reservation as far ahead as you can to get the better tables by the stage. Some people reserve 2 months ahead. Reservations are online and free.
