The Mai-Kai brings Polynesia to you, complete with tropical gardens with flaming torches, lush foliage, giant tikis and waterfalls.
I used to go when I was a kid. Always loved it. Came back two decades later and it's STILL a fun place. Food is not exceptional but that's not why you go here.
Okay, cool show but severely overpriced food (mediocre quality). Our dessert was quite good but my ribs were not even cooked well, and the appetizers we had were absolutely bad. Good expirence ba food
We found this to be a sad spectacle...
After your meal take your drink and sit outside in their tropical garden.
The show was alright. Extremely overpriced for the quality of food that they serve. But hey if you have tons of money and you don't care where it goes then by all means
Barrels of Rum and the Mystery Drink are a potent set! Wonderful time.
Not what it use to be sorry
Want for dinner n a show DONT tip on the show I did a xtra $30.00
Great show, excellent food, beautiful place
The Mai-Kai is easy to love.
All I know is, this place has dirty fruit. Next time you order a drink with fruit garnish do yourself a favor and smell the fruit first, *CONTAMINATED*
Happy hour foods and cocktails are delicious.
Beautiful garden and the perfect date spot
Best. Dinner. Ever.
Lovely place for a special date! #getluckyfactor
Not very thrilled that this place ended up being closed down temporarily for 38 violations including rats. Yuk!
Come for Happy Hour in the Molokai Bar (5-7 pm) then have dinner in the Samoa or Tahiti dining rooms overlooking the tropical gardens. Or for a true romantic dinner - reserve a table by the waterfall!
get the sidewinder for two drink for 32 bux. Best deal. Also order food like you were having Chinese takeout so you know what ur gonna get. Don't go on a limb and order a dish to try for first time.
Be sure to enjoy the beautiful gardens
Great happy hour, half price drinks and apps, with free sushi. Come early!
Worst service hands down. Food and drinks meh. Happy Hour deal is the only reason the hubby keeps dragging me back here :-(
Have dinner and see a show for $30 a person Tuesday – Sunday
Join the Mai Kai Club for $15 and get drink, dining, and show discounts.
The Mai Kai beef was pretty good (crispy orange beef w a hint of peanut flavor), but way over priced. Good nonetheless. We're going back during happy hour!
Happiest Happy Hour
Show is totally work it! The dancers are on point!!
Great shows and beautiful ambiance. The dancers are amazing, specially the ones that use fire on their act. It could get a bit crowded when sold out and food is ok but not great.
The blackened shrimp is the bomb.
Great little spot! We're a big fan of this place.
Everyday from 5 to 7 p.m. -- 4:30 p.m. Saturdays -- the Molokai Bar offers 50 percent off appetizers and drinks. Wednesdays a complimentary buffet is offered for individuals who spend more than $10.
Food was good, show was good, but we will never go back. The service was about the worst I have ever experienced. Hostess was nice and knowledgeable but after her it was all down hill.
Buy 1 entree and receive a 2nd entree of lesser value at no charge when ordering from the A la Carte Menu.
if you happen to miss happy hour in the molokai, ask your server about the nightly drink special... it's a great way to try something new and it's half off... don't say i didn't warn you
Very good spicy beef with almonds. Try it :)
Half price drinks and apps during happy hour
This place smells like a urine infested retirement home.
5-7 Molokai Bar great drinks and appetizers.
Beside the performance which was great, the food was horrible. The barbecue ribs was hard as brick and it was cold. I self parked my park and paid $5. I returned to find out my car was broken into.
Get the pupu platter appetizer
Show is amazing and definitely worth the $11 per person. Mahi-mahi definitely not something I would recommend but shrimp was fantastic
Stupid. They make you take off your hat and overprice their food. Snobby and Hawaiian doesn't mix.
...look up Beachbum Berry's "Sippin' Safari" if you're interested in the history of the cocktails served in both the restaurant and Molokai bar!
No matter what you order.... All the drinks taste the same.
The Black magic certainly does something to you after one! Coffee mixed with a concoction of dark rums and juices! You better watch yourself!
the show is awesome! if you go for the show and dinner plan on spending at least $120+.
Love this place. Everyone is so nice :-)
