People tend to check in during these times:
Stroll down this gateway to Disneyland park, where turn-of-the-century architecture and transportation bring the small-town Middle America to life.
Great ice cream shop.
Nothing beats Main Street at night. ❤️
It feels like the past but it is really quite timeless
Quite busy but that actually makes it more real to me
Happiest place on earth!
Good selection of stores to get some food or to get your Disney merchandise.
Walts vision of Americana

As soon as you get in, hit the FastPass for World of Color, and California Screaming
No place better to end the trip than to stop at the Emporium for an antenna topper
Everything is good
Contrary to popular belief, Main Street is NOT based on Walt's childhood home of Marceline, MO. It's actually modeled after designer Harper Goff's hometown of Fort Collins, CO.
Don't forget to get your buttons at City Hall! You can also leave compliments for outstanding Cast Members!
Avoid parade times. Way to crowded
The magic shop is a fun, lo-tech treat.
Best fireworks viewing is in fron of the Penny Arcade in the middle of Main Street. Also, turn the flash OFF cameras for better pics!
At Disneyland The funnest place to be No matter what your age
For the fireworks at night try and get a seat at either the Coca Cola area or the restaurant just in front of it so you can save yourself being shoved around.
Can't miss it.
Best street in the USA!
This is the best spot for character pictures!
The best sweets shops and art stores are here - don't forget to stop by them on the way out! ProTip: Walt Disney's official apartments used to be above the fire station.
Take the time to watch the parade on Main Street. Cute and worth it. I'd advise arriving at least 30min early to stake your claim on a spot!
Chef Oscar and his carnation cafe are now gone but not forgotten. Enjoy retirement Oscar. We won't forget your 55 years of service to Disneyland and to all of us.
The Ice Cream shop is the best place in the park for ice cream. Their scoops are huge!!!
Best churros and cinnamon tea latte!!
Waiting for parade
Best place to get autographs and pictures with the characters!! Go early in morning!
On the left side of the square there is a museum about Disneyland. You should visit it and talk to the people who work there.
Such a great number of fun shops:)
How many different ways can this company piss me off today!!!!!!!!!
Don't freak out about crossing the street during parade time! There are usually several places during the parade where they let you cross
All of the shops stay open an hour after the park closes! Get all your activities in until park closing! Then head here to enjoy some late night shopping, coffee, ice cream, cartoons, magic & more!
After a long day walking, take the carriage or cars up and down main st to rest your feet!
If you ever get the cahnce, stay a half-hour after park closing to see what it looks like when it's empty. So awesome!!

Great place to sit most comfortable bench in the park!!
Be sure you're on the side of the street you want to be on before the parade starts, you can't cross until the parade's over
Main street has scents pumped into the street from the Candy Palace. In the summer, you can smell vanilla and in the winter, peppermint. Walt wanted peppermint coming out at Christmas time.
