Spring Hill Restaurant & Bar is now Ma'ono Fried Chicken & Whisky. Same chef. Same location. Same commitment to good food. Just a different approach and a brand new menu. Inspired by Hawaii and perfect for sharing, our new menu encourages you to have a bit more fun with...
Look down. If there's not fried chicken in front of you. You've done something wrong.
If you aren't eating the fried chicken, pish back from your table and go elsewhere. The fried rice is good too!
They have Pappy. But, settle for a pour of Blanton's with that chicken and that hot sauce and you won't be sorry (or out $150ish).
Fried chicken is AMAZING but everything else was very good as well.
Chicken and waffles and a great place for brunch. Highly recommended
Chicken and waffles and a great brunch. Love this place!
Best fried chicken in Seattle, no question!
Fried Chicken is the bomb...MUST get some chicken saved
Fried chicken with all the proper accoutrements, hot sauce, honey, and gravy please!
Chicken, side dishes
Fried chicken is great along with all the sides. I especially love the saimin...so rich.
Chicken, trout, burger, happy hour
Fried chicken, of course! Probably the best in Seattle.
Pre order the fried chicken. It's to die for.
One of the best burgers I've ever eaten, great fried chicken, and delicious cocktails. Get the Mac and Kimcheese.
Best brunch around. And the have bottomless mimosas!!
The half fried chicken is enough to serve a small family. The sauce is excellent!
Beef ribs and popcorn ice cream. So good.
The best chicken ever!!!
Fried chicken!!!! Duh?
AMAZING! Great service and worth the $$. The chicken is wonderful and sides were excellent.
Best fried chicken I've ever had. Can't over sell how amazing it is.
The must-order Hawaiian-style fried chicken is served with kimchi, rice, and a chili dipping sauce. Don't skip it!
Best fried chicken I've had thus far. But make sure you reserve an order beforehand. Extensive whiskey list, but I wish they had better explanations as I'm not a whiskey connoisseur.
Pig Tacos - Awesome
Get the fried chicken. Yes, it's $40 but it is worth it.
Fried chicken might seem pricey... but it is soooooo good. Worth every penny.
Reserve a chicken, but make sure you get some carrots. No joke.
Get the carrots. Nuff said.
Tom Douglas choice (burger): Ma'ono does the classic bacon cheeseburger, but executed perfectly (and on a Dahlia Bakery bun!).
The Spring Hill burger (named after the original concept) is smoked ground chuck, bacon, a custom American cheese, lettuce and a special sauce (obviously) between two English muffins.
Great Fried Chicken.
Great food, but management sees fit to staff only one server during brunch, so expect your entire early afternoon to be consumed by a meal here.
As one of the four flavor options, the Korean-style doles up crispy chicken in a tangy gochujang sauce. Aside from their chicken, the kalbi short ribs are also a tempting option. [Eater 38 Member]
Order the fried chicken in advance! OMG!
Best fried chicken ever! Make sure you call before hand to make sure it's available..seriously! Eat the chicken!
Fried chicken worth the trip for, no matter what part of Seattle you live.
Best fried chicken I've ever had! Tasty, juicy and not a lot of grease!
$38 for chicken?? My business went elsewhere.
Apple beignets with vanilla sauce = piping hot heaven.
Try the grapefruit cooler
Brunch Menu remains the same as Spring Hill. Order the Special Saimin or the Benedict, you won't be sorry!
Besides the amazing fried chicken and whiskey drinks, the Kalbi ribs and Rainbow Trout are not to be missed! The sides of kimchi and spam musubi are also great!
Amazing food. Popcorn ice cream is an interesting ending to a great meal
Beware of the peanut oil if you have a nut allergy. Especially on fried chicken dinner nights.
