Sugarbush is a fantastic mix of bourbon and maple syrup. Combine with some foie gras and Hawaiian swordfish and leave happy, or have the lobster ravioli and leave euphoric.
Everything here is amazing. Standouts: burrata w/ lobster, seafood risotto, fusilli w/ octopus, and the steak. Omg the steak.
Though any Italian will advise against mixing seafood and cheese, the lobster and burrata here is swoon-worthy.
Will cost you a months' rent or mortgage payment but worth every penny. Michael White is a master with pasta.

Don't overlook the Ferratini pasta - the most elegant twist on spaghetti alla vongole in NYC. Have a glass of the aged Madeira after dinner or the Marolo Grappa & Chamomile.
