    Eat at the bar to watch them make the udon noodles by hand, and order the shrimp tempura (simple is best); the uni udon is really creamy and conceals the nuance of the uni taste

    Bomb udon! Tried the Uni udon! I didnt think I would like the creamy broth, but it tasted very light and smooth! Went close to dinner opening and on weekday so wasn't too crowded!

    Best Udon I have ever had! Freshly made every day here! Right before your eyes even!! Loved the Curry Udon and my GF hates Udon, but she ate the hell out of a bowl of Asari Vongole Udon!!! Toro Rice!!

    Quite the wide selection of dishes, and you get a large serving with each. The pork belly appetizer is a great start to the meal and noodles melt in your mouth. The sea urchin is great.

    Sit at the back bar so you can watch the guy make the udon. Fantastic. Tempura egg is sublime. Tried the shrimp tempura and the beef soups, both were amazing.

    You really can't go wrong at this place. Go with a small party at lunch or get there at 5 or it'll take awhile for you to get a table.

    Awesome udon noodles. I had the Mentai squid butter udon and it was the best squid I ever had. It was definitely worth the wait.

    If you havent been here before ask to clarify the add ons ie nori is tempura nori and the seaweed they give you is wakame

    Uni udon was okay. Noodles were really good though. Always try to arrive well in advance of closing. Otherwise you may not be seated.

    론리플래닛 에도 나오는 집. 수타 우동은 정말 맛있다. 그러나 그 외의 국물 등은 따라가지 못해 아쉽다. 그래도 미국이라는 점을 고려하면 상당한 수준임.
