Welcome center and rest area brought to you by the Official FOURSQUARE GUIDE to the State of Maryland, delivered to you by the Maryland Office of Tourism. Our goal is to promote the state's vibrant culture by shining light on all the wonderful places to see and things to do in Maryland.
Really improved and cleaned up since the early days.
This is the nicest road stop out there. Clean and good choice of food.
Most I-95 rest areas are damp holes of inhumanity. Only Maryland House dares to be different.
In summer, you can enjoy a coffee on the terrace... =)
Great stop but DD does not allow you to use DD coupons from app. 😕
Nice food court. Easy fuel and food stop.
Good places to eat, restrooms left a lot to be desired though!
Totally Different from what I remembered ;)
Duncan donuts always the longest line!!
Better of the two plazas along I-95. If you need to make a stop, make it here!
Good place to stop on 95 if you want it to be quick.
The bathrooms are cleaner than the people you'll encounter in this place. Phillips seafood is hit or miss. Mostly miss.
Pretty expensive for fast food, like being at the airport 😲
Really nice travel plaza since it has been redone
We have stopped here every time we traveled since I was a kid It has clean bathrooms and yummy food. Little pricey but worth it
Beautiful architecture. It gets extremely noisy in here. For the number of people who come through here, its pretty clean.
A++ would pee in again.
Nice and very clean rest stop with multiple food choices. Huge dunkin donuts inside main building
One of those nifty 'in-the-middle' rest stops, between the northbound and southbound sides of the interstate. Twice as crowded, twice as easy to check in correctly.
Nice. Clean. Good food choices. A nice place to stretch your legs.
In the mood for an excellent grass-fed burger? Head over to Elevation Burger at the Sunoco and then bring your burger over to the Maryland House to use all the seating.
Restaurants close at ten except for dunkin doughnuts. Ridiculous wait for DD. Don't bother stoping.
The Dunks here, very nasty people in the evening... Beware...
The new decor drops all the charm, but it is more spacious.
Very new and clean A lot of good choices for food and drink
The parking lot has more garbage than a landfill. Watch your step!
Not even 11 PM and all the restaurants are closed.
Skip the travel plaza and go to Elevation Burger at the Sunoco.
Clean but awful customer service, rude employees and long slow lines with no care to the customers travel times
Newly renovated! Bathroom is much cleaner now.
Wish they were open a bit later...
to quote janelle, "the place is kinda nasty
This is the most expensive place ever. Two medium combo meals at Wendy's will set you back $23. If you can wait until you get to the Delaware stop, do it!
They have plugs to charge your electronics. Large clean travel stop great choice on the trip
A must when traveling it's very busy and crowded
Beautifully designed rest area. Lots of food choices and bathrooms inside!
First time here since it's reopening. I'm not impressed. Was all the renovations for this hollow walk through?
Take a break from the traffic jams by waiting in long lines for the restroom or for food.
Free wifi with no annoying login screen
Don't come here. It's crazy expensive. A hot dog is 8 bucks. And a cup of fruit is $7.49.
Good place to have lunch. Nice and clean
Don't eat here unless you like having your wallet raped. 17$ans change for cheese steak fries and soda. Wtf...
Bathrooms are clean, food is insanely overpriced
Skip the other fast food spots and go to Elevation Burger located inside the A Plus convenience store. Burgers, fries, shakes and even organic milk.
Completely renovated! Good choice of food selections! :)
The women's restrooms smell terrible
