    Came here for brunch and had the chef's plate. Fried eggs were perfect, sausage and potatoes were great, biscuit was amazing and the Whiskey Milk Fizz blew my mind. Can't wait to go back.

    We got the pork for two. Though delicious, it's more like pork for 1 1/2. Get the flatbread and whitefish mouse! Ask for a table in the back room on nights the main bar/dining area is packed.

    Boasts the largest Amer. whiskey collection in the world. Order the Poached Egg or Brussels Sprouts apps FTW, and follow up w Braised Pork Shoulder & Belly. Wash it down w a Spicy Buck cocktail.

    Great for tasting variety. Top shelf is $$, but selection is great. BMH is $50/1oz glass; I get bottles for $42. But at lower level they have old Taylor & heaven hill for $3/glass which is amazing

    Great bourbon list, if a bit overloud. Service is brisk to perhaps a fault but the corn muffins are fresh from the oven and the beef carpaccio is one of the most tender out there. From Char 4's owner.

    Huge selection of whiskey and bourbon. Modern bar, across from hill country. Can put a dent in your pocket just for a few drinks. Very informative bartenders.

    My new go-to brunch spot in midtown/flatiron. You can actually make reservations here, it's not crammed or noisy, and the vibes are cool. The pulled pork sandwich is great. Will definitely be back.

    Had the Arctic Char in a cream sauce with peas and roasted strawberries! So delicious! Maysville also has an affordable wine list and a really good Sancerre Rosé. Reservations are recommended!

    Came for brunch and had my mind blown by those Hay Roasted Oysters. Very good Bloody Mary and tasty pulled pork sandwich with whiskey pickles. Will be back for crispy grits & Brussels sprouts!

    Very nice place. Order any fish meal and you won't be disappointed. Slow cooked char (spring recipe) is very nice. Smoked trout is great as well.

    Start with the fluke tartare and the crispy grits. The duck breast medium rare with strawberries, spring onions and fois gras was divine. Get a 2 oz glass of Lagavulin Distiller's Edition!

    PHENOMENAL. Wonderful cocktails and the food was great. We started with the grits appetizer and shared the brick chicken and the arctic char dishes. Only miss: the key lime pie.

    why they choose to oversalt the beautiful ingredients in the dishes is beyond me. fresh, delicious product masked by a heavy hand makes for a sad diner in me.

    Consistently good food at the bar (even when the kitchen is closed and menu is limited), and the whiskey selection is hard to match. Good cocktails to go along with it, you won't be upset.

    Great bourbon selection and a nice place for cocktails in NoMad. They have food too. Brussel sprout something smelled insanely good.

    The pulled pork sandwich was lick the juice off dripping down your hand good. And the homemade chips were addictive. Will definitely return to make better use of the bourbon selection!

    Great bourbon selection. Good meal. Portions vary to very small to huge depending on what to order. Fish and chicken were good. Flatbread yummy.

    I really liked this place: something super for everyone with solid cocktails and wines by the glass. Loved the autumn salad and hay roasted oysters; nice bourbon martinis!

    The crispy grits & smoked whitefish mousse are amazing app's to share. Don't order the pasta appetizer-- the 4 small pieces of ravioli with a sliver of crab on top is offensive for a $18 price tag.

    The "Guns n Roses" is a shot of Four Roses Bourbon and a bottle of Rum aged Innis&Gunn beer. $14. How perfect is that??

    Happy to have Maysville as a neighborhood spot. Chicken under a brick is incredible, along with the crispy grits & cornbread. Amazing crudos as well.

    Pork belly does not taste as fatty as its namesake would suggest. It's soooo goooood!!! The free cornbread is delicious and of course, whiskey. 'Nuff said.

    Smoked trout was outstanding. "Gold in the River" drink pairing delicious. Hay oysters a must. Stuffed pasta less successful, and Royale cocktail a miss.

    Chat No 4 with Manhattan prices, but the quality is on point. The whitefish mousse is a highlight, as well as the whisk(e)y selection, of course.
