McMenamins White Eagle is a rock-n-roll venue, including a full bar, pub fare, and great service.
Fresh squeezed grapefruit juice! The outside patio with fire pit and decent food are all good reasons to like the White Eagle!
Watching Don and the Quixote's!
Thai sweet potato fries are wicked tasty!
Good beer, lousy burgers
Built in 1899 as a tavern and whorehouse and supposedly haunted by many spirits. The basement and upstairs has the most activity. A young man who worked here died in the 1930s in his 2nd floor bedroom
Great spot for low-key music not too far from the Rose Garden and Convention Center.
Great spot for live music on a Sunday night.
Great ambience, nightclub afterdark, nice lunch spot otherwise.
Mmmm the rubinator!
Clean, very basic rooms & a lot of character (ex-brothel, shanghai tunnels, ghosts, etc.) Bands always play late into the night, so pack earplugs. Better yet, stay up with 'em & close down the saloon!
The rooms are clean and cheap, although stuffy in the summer. Not for the light sleeper (you can hear the music in the bar below) or those who are weird about their privacy (shared bathrooms/showers).
Great open mic on Sunday nights.
Try the oduls!
Black and town brownie is f'ing awesome!!!
Man fuck this place. You must be a chump if you are here. I hate the white beagle
Rubinator all the way! Bacon cheeseburger is pretty kick ads too!
Check out the Jesse Young Band when he plays the occasional Thursday Happy Hour gig - good stuff!
stay for less than $60 per night!
