Get here 30 minutes early and you'll be at the front of the line. Get here 27 minutes early and you'll be near the back.

You have to walk to the Megabus stop from the sta so don't follow the sign that directs you right for buses. The stop is at parking lot b

Where is the actual pick up point? How far is it from the train station?

Actual drop-off address is more like 651 East St, NOT at the train station (525 East St.)

They have both power and WiFi, which is more than the train can offer right now, but be prepared for when they don't work. Price is great, drivers are skilled and get you where you need to go.

Leaves on time. Get to the stop early and wait in line for a good seat. Always bring an umbrella bc there's no cover

Outlets work. The bus gets me into the city faster than the train for half the price.

Seating is first come, first serve. Don't wait to get here until the last minute if you're particular about where you sit.

My mother and I got stuck at a table in the front bottom portion of the bus. My knees kept awkwardly bumping those of the stranger across from me. The outlets don't work. And the wifi is flakey.

I took this bus for the first time in September. I will never again take the mega bus anywhere ever. The bus broke down. And it took 4 hours to get another bus to us and the driver was very rude!!

This bus has 110V AC electrical outlets on the upper deck, but they're above the seats near the sealing. 1 for each seat couplet.

What is their on time percentage? Is it better than the train?
