Ask for the Taiwanese Hamburger (more like a taco). . It is amazing but it is hidden in the back of the menu written in mandarin.

Look into Taiwanese specialties like the tasty 3-Cup Chicken (its recipe calls for a cup of rice wine, a cup of soy sauce, and a cup of sesame oil). Skip dessert. Read more

Try the 'Taiwanese Hamburger'. Pork belly, bao wrap, Chinese pickle, cilantro. Not on the menu - ask for it!

If you can read Chinese, ask for the Taiwanese menu, w/ classic dishes like 刈包, 五更腸旺, 三杯雞, 牛肉麵, 蚵仔煎, 梅菜扣肉, 椒盬軟殼蟹...all are excellent. Can't read Chinese? Ask the owner for some recs!
