Yes, go for it!
Cute cozy joint on Haight St. Order the two-way combo barbecue with pork ribs and beef brisket, and finish with the banana pudding. Calorie overload, but who cares.
The smoked fried chicken and cornbread muffins are great
Just get the meat—don't bother with the sandwiches.
True, honest and authentic bbq place. The brisket sandwich was delicious, and the lady behind the counter was super friendly
Beef brisket sandwich is amazing
Tender meat with great mustard and sweet sauces. The mac and cheese is incredibly rich and creamy - mmm.
The roast pork outshines the brisket
I don't know about their BBQ but it's definitely the best fried chicken I've ever had.
Great the grit sticks but everything is good you cant go wrong!
Rib tips and Tom's fine ass!
When I went they had a special combo that came with sides and easily fed two people.
Mix vinegar and spicy sauces for a flavor blast.
Double mac and cheese is the only way to go
St Louis style ribs are amazing!!
Amazing brisket and sauces
Amazing Brisket, Beef Ribs, Pulled Pork, Fried Catfish, Onion Rings, and Pastrami! All delish! I recommend this gem to anyone. The only complaint... I need one in New York!
Get the brisket! Delicious!
Delicious beef brisket sandwich. Skip the sauces--the meat is so good, you don't need them!
Beef brisket. Side of Mac and cheese. Cole slaw. Pulled pork is one of the best this side of the Mississippi.
bad. it's bad. it tastes bad when you eat it.
Just combine all sauces. It's the best
I'd say something about the food but the people who work here are so nice, the tip should really be for them. So leave a tip.
Smokey Mountain wings
Best brisket I ever had the honour to meat
Fried chicken on Saturday. 4 pieces and 4 BBQ sauces. A fried chicken bouquet.
As a southerner who was born and raised in the South. This is the closest to the real deal BBQ you will find in SF! Also the carry mustard BBQ sauce! A+++ in my book.
Two meat platter with greens and Mac and cheese. 4 types of sauce on the table. Must mix BBQ and spicy.
They make the best Southern fried chicken I've ever had, but it's only available on Saturdays!
Order the beef brisket plate and sample each of the different sauces.
One of the cooks is kind of an asshole. Was a bigger guy. He seems like he could be the owner. Didn't care much for the BBQ either.
Now closed on Mondays for lunch :'(
Best BBQ in SF. If it's your first time here, get the Southern Star with slaw and try all the sauces.
Get a pound or a half of brisket, they'll give you sauce but honestly, you won't need it.
Oh and get the mac & cheese side!
The best Texas Beef Brisket in SF!
Call ahead to see of they have Beef Ribs since they literally run out of them daily.
Best mac n cheese ever.
The Tuesday Texas Cheese Steak is FAN-tastic!
Try the Tri-Tip And Beef Briscuit Combo Plate - Awesome (by SF standards anyway)!! Wouldn't expect anything less...
Order the Minnie's taster to share among 2 or even 3 if not super hungry
How can y'all be a BBQ place and NOT have BBQ baked beans?! Take the Memphis part outa the name until y'all service some southern BBQ. Other than that everything else is SOLID!
12/03 perfect bbq for a faux winter day..:-)
Memphis Minnie's says no to gas and electricity when it comes to their BBQ. Everything is cooked over white oak.
Btw the brisket is oven roasted as per the employee 's statement. Big Nate's is worth the drive
For the love of god people, stop sitting down before you've ordered. Not fair. Not all of us bring company.
