This place is amazing. One of my favorite older parks in the city. Such a relaxing space and always has a nice small crowd hangin around.

It may not the biggest in Houston, but it sure is one the best parks to relax, read, or chat with friends in the grass. Also conveniently located between Rothko Chapel and the Menil!

Bring your picnic blanket, wine, cheese, soda, a book, or whatever you need to be outside for a few hours enjoying the park and people-watching.

Grab your favorite snack and beer or wine for a pleasant picnic among friends or meet new people, laying about in the sun.

You can totally beat this spot on a gorgeous day. Beware the tacky security that gets on the lawn and flashes his lights until you bounce
