Authentic Mexican cuisine by nationally renowned Chef Patricio Sandoval.
Great tacos and margaritas
brunch $10-14, outdoor seating
Nothing overly exemplary about this place but it's tasty Mexican-ish foodstuffs. Not many places in the City that you can get Victoria beer though, so that's nice.
Mercado & tres citricos are great tequila cocktails
Sample the guacamole trio (tradicional, mango y manzana)
A fine Maxican restaurant in East Village. Schrimp tacos & quesadillas are delicious.
Great guacamole and tacos.
All you can eat tacos FTW, especially Sunday night post-NYC Marathon.
Killer 5-7pm happy hour -- $5 margaritas, $5 guac.
Estalio Baja taco is amazingggg
The worst service and meal of my life. The entire staff was texting while we had no utensils for 15 minutes.
(As of May 2014) Sunday and Monday after 5pm, $23 for unlimited tacos
They don't really honor reservations so be prepared to wait
Taco Tuesdays: $5 for 2. Get the pescado and the mushroom. One of the best deals in the East Village.
This happy hour is the dopest. Dank ceviche. Gangsta guac. Mastapiece margs. Highly recommended.
Some of the best margaritas and tacos in the city. We especially love coming here for the all you can eat tacos (only $23) and happy hour specials. Great food without breaking the bank!
Love this place -- Great service, food, and the margaritas are amazing. Try the cucumber and the habanero.
I didn't see any mention of the Tortas on the tips, but after I had the Pastor I couldn't believe it was not up here. Long live the Pastor Tortas!
Mahi mahi tacos.. so delicious.
East Village taco spot with solid tacos that go beyond standard rice and beans. A little pricey, but open late.
Second best mexican food in the hood (after Zaragoza Deli, fur realz), but more upscale and sit-down-y. Resist the all-you-can-eat tacos, not worth the price. Still great food though.
Enchiladas are really tasty. If you go on Saturday or Sunday you can get a brunch item plus rice and beans and a cocktail for $18.
Head there in the late afternoon on a weekend. Pick a brunch beverage of your choice and the Estilo Baja tacos. With a group? Order a a variety of tacos so you can try them all!
The food was delicious but the service was slow and the entrees were brought out at different times.
Get the brussel sprouts. You shan't be disappointed.
Tiny, disorganized, and average food. Big letdown. Major overabundance of rich white snobs that have problems figuring out what the minimum tip is. Thankfully, drinks were great and so was our server.
horrible place. .came to support restaurants affected by sandy in food crawl. bartender was rude. basically said we had to get special or may as well leave. go to cafecita. you'll get treated better.
Tacos in order: estilo baja, carne, carnitas de puerco, pollo, pastor & pescado. Didn't try the rest
Dont get the cucumber margarita.
Other than the mango guac, really nothing special. Overpriced margarita's and food is good but nothing special.
Food SUCKS! But drinks are good and a bit on $$ side. Staff just stand around getting paid for just standing.
Taco Camaron !!
For a perfect experience, get the shrimp tacos (the best in nyc) a reposado margarita and guacomole. Ask for the habanero salsa crema!
Fantastic food and tacos
Can't get individual tacos here. Four of the same per order, that's a deal breaker.
Can't go wrong with their daily specials and guacamole sampler!
Happy Hour $5 Margs and housemade Guac
The sangria is amazing!
Stuffed pepper is a great dish on their menu. All tacos are really flavorful with fresh ingredients too.
They were very accommodating as our party grew at the last minute and they found a way to squeeze us in to an already packed dining room.
All you can eat tacos on Sundays and Mondays for just $23 - BEST DEAL.
Try the 3 guac appetizer. Amazing, love the orange guac.
Shrimp enchiladas are bonkers
Ensalada verde with steak is phenominal
Wow. Service is SUPER slow
Food is great. Service not so much..
Earnie Dingo working the door!
