Miss a Chicago inbound train after 5pm and you may get stuck waiting 45 minutes to an hour for another.

If you have the option to pay for your parking via phone app I recommend you do. Getting past the lines at the parking meter is worth the 37 cents service charge. Plus you won't miss your train.
