Hotel staff is fantastic, but room service is the pits. Stay here, just eat elsewhere.

Bernie at the bar is amazing - such a sweetheart, and he'll never forget your usual drink. He definitely deserves a hefty tip!

Stay here every couple weeks for work. Great, clean place, without the crush of tourist yet still in midtown. Bernie is the best bartender if you want a laugh.

Not the best. No room service for breakfast until 7am is rough if you're there for business. Dinner menu is terrible food. Tv's are all jacked up (in all the rooms) with the picture over stretched.

For a luxury hotel, this has a very tiny tv and only basic channels.

Great place to stay. It's our home away from home while in NYC. Staff is personable and friendly.
