People tend to check in during these times:
Micro Center, Computers & Electronics, Reviews, Exclusive Deals, Wish Lists & More..
They have a cool DIY section in the back!
I love this store!!!
Very helpful staff I don't know much about computers and they walked me thru it step by step
Staff is super friendly!
They have the worst customer service of all time... Lord help em
Very slow on service station only one worker working with 5 customers TOO SLOW!!
Horrible customer service - fried my motherboard during an installation of a graphics card, refused to pay for it. Was pleased when they first opened but now I'm disgusted with their quality now. 3/10
Lots of cat5 & coax but no screw-in tie downs to secure it to the wall?!
Avoid the white, ~6', bald, salesman with glasses who works in the laptops dept. Quite possibly the most useless and rudest retail employee I've ever met.
Get a coffee at the customer service desk :)
I love this place! Everything electronic in 1 place. Others complained about being ignored, I like not being hassled by sales people every step. Never had a problem getting one's attention when needed
Free Starbucks coffee!!!
It would be nice to get assistance when you approach the "Build Your Own PC" station, instead of waiting for the clerk to finish a personal conversation.
Extraordinary customer service without long lines or attitude...I say this after walking out of the Apple Store after a 20 minute delay by them on a scheduled appt. MC rocks.
Definitely the best computer store to be made... better prices than newegg and employees actually help you.
Fantastic service from Charles W! They have great prices, better than Best Buy.
Best customer service I have received in years! Jim Rhodes is a great department manager. He is always on his feet and moving to make sure customers are being taken card of.
RFT 2012 Best of St. Louis Winner - Best Electronics- Offering something for technophobes and techno-sexuals alike! http://bit.ly/SV7HAl
Terrible customer service
Tell your significant other there is a giant free coffee machine in the front of the store and you get a free pass to shop without grief. :)
HUGE inventory, competitive prices, but it's hard to find service here.
Nerds like customer service too. I can get treated like this online.
Cheap accessories for any computer
I love this place so much. Better prices than new egg or tigerdirect and awesome people help you get the right parts. MicroCenter is amazing
Don't buy anything from the salesman who looks so dwarves you'll wonder where his battle axe is... He was a total douchebag to us
I don't think anyone works here, customer service sucks
I love this place, and visit often, but somehow get completely ignored by the staff. Don't they get commission?
If you're not buying an entire new rig they will ignore you.
Repair & service center far surpasses BestBuy's Geek Squad. All work is guaranteed, which keeps me coming back... That and the FREE coffee station *winks*
Supposedly had 5 of my item in stock...yet no one of the million salesmen can find one for me. Edging ridiculous
Best customer service! I was very impressed!
Refurbished Wii for $124.00 with wireless remote
Every nerd's paradise.
Best place for all your computer needs!
This place is basically Newegg.com in brick and mortar form!
The entire layout of the store is set up to look like a giant motherboard! #nerdalert
After CompUSA and Circuit City both left St. Louis, we were missing out on a big-box computer parts retailer; MC far surpasses both of those stores in price and selection, and even more so Best Buy!
It's like a toy store for geeks, a great addition compared to the consumer electronics alternatives. DIY and major brands incl Apple, HP and Dell.
They even have an entire department devoted to Apple/Mac
