sooo delicious vegan food
Excellent and creative vegan food. Went for my birthday and can't wait to return
Blown away by the amazing vegan cooking, I didn't miss meat one bit. Pricey but worth it - there's a reason it's often called the best vegan restaurant in the country. Stay yes to the bread, it's 💣.
Just a word to describe the 5 courses menu: feast. Totally worth the more than probably excessive amount of food, because you'll taste a great range of flavors and textures. Chapeau!
Fantastic restaurant. Ordered the Forbidden Black Rice Cake as entree. Hip place with amazing vegan food.
Good beer selection
If you've got three hours, do the tasting menu. It's unbelievable.
My favorite restaurant in San Francisco. Must visit if you're vegetarian. A little pricey though.
Get the tasting menu with wine parings!! Stunning!
#Ohp annnnd whattttt?!
Get tempeh dish. Extremely excellent and sizable.
Food was amazing, but ambiance was a mix of pretentious and some confused tourists.
The English pea volcano rice cake is probably the best vegan dish I ever had
My favorite restaurant ever. Truly excellent.
Terrific vegan haute cuisine and good wine list too.
Get the fried trumpet king mushrooms with Ponzu sauce as a starter. Amazing. I'm not a vegan but this place was delicious and ambience is great.
Amazing. The jerk tempeh is a winner along with the chocolate almond layer cake.
Extraordinary vegan food.
Yummy and inventive. Bread at the beginning is pretty low quality
Excellent food but pricey, and the portions were smaller than hoped for. Vegetarian food being less calorie-dense, cordon bleu serving sizes don't really suit this menu.
Their tempeh elevates the entire concept.
Heavy, fried, terrible. Save it for Candle 79 in NYC.
Dinner at the bar is the best advise...
Amazing food, wine and atmosphere
Vegan/gluten free dessert- chocolate almond midnight. Can't wait!
Potato and chard roulade
Cinnamon scented rice cakes
Try the Crusted King Trumpet Mushrooms
You must get whatever crusted mushroom appetizer they have on the menu, you will not be dissapointed.
The Crackerjack is a great peanut and vanilla infused bourbon cocktail. And order it without agave syrup for a boozier palette.
Best vegan/vegetarian restaurant in the U.S. that I know. 5 stars, and always blows away my meat-eating friends, too.
Best ice cream in the city!!!
Try the 5-course tasting menu - 2 unique plates in each course. Fantastic!
Try the stuffed figs!
This vegan fine-dining mecca's annual Southern Comfort night is a must. For one night a year, roulades and soufflés take a back seat to burger bars, deep-fried pickles, and ice cream sundaes.
Check in on four square and get a free dessert!
My favorite item on the menu is hands down the fried oyster mushrooms. I also love the cocktails and digestive elixir. You really can't go wrong ordering anything else on the menu either
Perhaps the best vegan restaurant on the western seaboard. The food is incredible from start to finish and a Foursquare check-in scores you a free dessert. ($40-70)
If you like drinking chutney get the green hornet
Everything is delicious!! Be sure to try a house-infused cocktail and definitely save room for dessert.
Try the Edamame Cakes - with lots of mushrooms and figs and bok choy and ginger: nommmm @pfinette
Make reservations! Only seats available are at the bar if you don't... Well on a Saturday, at least.
Everything is so delicious. I love the pumpkin tamale the most. Yummmm!
The most impressive vegetarian food (Non Indian) I ever had.
Fancy, vegan fine dining at it's best. A bit on the pricy side, but it's worth a splurge once in awhile!
Get the smoked tempeh.
Try the Teriyaki Tempeh With Grilled Lotus Roots - #vegetarian
