Minca is an authentic Japanese noodle shop. They have different traditional ramen & delightful shrimp gyozas, served very hot & smooth. A good place to go when you’re craving for a tasty asian soup.

Good food and price. Atmosphere is nice. Spicy ramen is also good, but the delicious complexity of the broth is lost. Moreover, it is not nearly spicy enough.

Pork shoyu. Pork gyoza. Waited for a table in the winter and they gave us tea while waiting. A+ for that, and always worth waiting for anyway.

Good place for spicy miso ramen. Shop is small, so the wait can be long, but I think it's worth it. Spicy miso is rich and flavorful but not that spicy. Choose your noodles (thin, hard is my choice).
