Fun fact: the City Hall was completed in 1895 and was built with granite blocks brought in by horse and wagon from 160 miles away. Some of the blocks weighed 23 tons.
For clean, quiet and pleasant smelling restrooms go to the ones on the mezzanine level.

Find the tunnel to the Federal United States Courthouse. There are four tables and four vending machines at the beginning.
There are some good vending machines on the third floor off the rotunda down the hall by room 304.
