The scones are good but the waitresses are so rude! They don't treat their customers equally, treat the tourists (or asians) like crap.

There is no reservation. Leave your name at the front and wait time can be up to 1 hour the bigger group is. Very tight do not bring prams in. Easier or quicker to get table if there is only 2-4 pax

Every time I come here I can't get pass the plain Devonshire scones. Love the raspberry jam and the light cream. Hot chocolate is pretty good too.

Scones too dense.Even though they say they close at 430, it's usually earlier and according to when they feel like. Always disappointing. Service is snobbish and rude. Will not recommend it to anyone.
