Delicious ramen. Great pork buns. Go all in and you won't be disappointed.
I preferred the Momofuku ramen to the spicy which was a tad spicy and the broth not as tasty. The shrimp Bao is the best Bao I've tasted ever. Better than the pork belly. Do it.
Hozon ramen is salty as hell :(
Get the Monofuku bowl. No question.
Spicy miso is incredible, as is the soy sauce egg! Plus their creative buns are always a hit.
Get the Chilled Spicy Noodles with Sichuan Spinach and Cashews.
Definitely worth sitting at the bar! It's super cool to watch the chefs cook.
Great park buns, fantastic ice cream and tasty snickerdoodles.
Worth the wait
Pork buns aren't as good as ippudo's but ramen and ginger scallion noodles are solid. Rice cakes are worth a try but pretty heavy. Great service with fast table turnover so wait is fairly quick.
Momofuku ramen😍 is delicious, one of the best ones ive had. And the pork buns are a most. Their desserts are pretty good too! I love their cookies, such a different flavor.
Spicy cashew chilled noodles
The Momofuku Ramen is life-changing... It's the broth that does it. Watch the first season of "The Mind of a Chef" to truly appreciate how it's made.
Spicy miso ramen is incredible.
Good ramen, but not anything special.
Great for "beginner" ramen, but still really fun and trendy. Come during off peak because otherwise it's at least an hour wait. Get the Momofuku and try to snag a seat at the bar to watch the experts.
Great cocktails, has a vegan menu- you have to ask for it
Can't go wrong with pork buns and ramen - at the bar.
Don't come in expecting authentic Japanese ramen. Chang makes it clear that this is his own take on ramen and it's delicious
The cold beef ramen was a game changer for me. Oh yeah and do get those rice cakes, no really, do.
Pork buns, momofuku ramen, soy sauce egg
The pork buns and ramen were as amazing as I expected. Try the alcoholic watermelon slushy - so refreshing!
The cold sichuan noodle is the best. Don't miss the pork bun and lychee soju slushie
The shrimp buns were awesomazing!
The East Village is full of amazing ramen, Momofuku is just the most famous (not without reason)... But if the wait is long, skip it.
The one and only. Momofuku ramen and brisket buns are essential reading.
Delicious! Pork Belly Ramen, Pork Belly Bun and Chicken Meatball buns are must tries
Get dessert, fool. Sit and learn at the bar. Eat soup. Be happy.
Soju slushie thingy is not cheap but so worth it.
Cop some spicy noodles.
Buns , buns, buns
Good beer selection.
If you like real heat, go for the chilled spicy noodles
One of the best #Ramen ever, compare to one that I had in Hawaii, delicious!
Damn. Smoky and scrumptious. It's a little off from the traditional ramen, but in a massively upgraded way. Get a lychee slushie too
Creative food. Momofuku ramen is yummy but a bit too salty. The pork buns are incredible.. I didn't see it listed once, but I asked and got it. :) Usually a wait unless you queue before it opens.
Noodles? No. Pork buns? Yaasss
Noodle is a bit too salty.
Cold spicy ramen. Yeeeeesh
Get these instead of the pork buns if you see them on the specials board: Fried Egg Buns - fried egg and smoked pork loin topped with hollandaise and chives folded into a steamed Chinese bun
Brisket buns are definitely worth the wait
Spicy Miso Ramen
Get the pork buns and the Momufuku Ramen then wash it down with a Tiger Beer. Excellent.
Shiitake buns are so amazing and the ginger scallion noodles are perfectly chewy. Spicy Lychee slush is wasn't too bad either. Go early and avoid a long wait.
The best time to go is like, 3:36 on a Tuesday.
