The outside table was dirty when we sat down.. We told the waiters twice but they did not clean it and served our food on the dirty table..

Amazing and gigantic breakfasts. Get the Mosquito Benedict.

Painfully slow service. Decent food but not all the special. Lady next to us asked for lemon for her drink and server actually told her "you have to get that yourself" and pointed. Wtf? Won't be back

Hands down, the best restaurant in Galveston. If you're with a large group, call ahead for a reservation so you're guaranteed a table to sit at after you order. Breakfast, lunch, + dinner all amazing!

    Friendly service and good food.

It's good! But, they do have an odd policy of requiring an 18% tip for parties larger than 5. Not unheard of but this is not a sit down restaurant!! Wait in line. Walk up. That makes it an odd policy.

Usually can't complain, love this place but ask for dressing on the side! Forgot to today & salad was drenched in dressing & made the lettuce very wilted. Fried goat cheese was also a little soggy.

    Liz Torres · August 8, 2013

You can't go wrong here. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner are all great. Don't forget to check out Patty Cakes Bakery next door.

The specials are awesome! The quesadilla, turkey sandwich, and Caesar salad are all great choices. Also the desserts come from Patty Cakes which means you have to get something!!

Looks really popular, they have a pitcher of water outside the front door for the line that wraps onto the sidewalk.

Dessert shouldn't be an optional course here. Local favs are the lemonade dream cake (enough for 2), lemon bars, peach cobbler and cookies. Dogs are welcome in the patio, too.

The veggie burger was a fail, but the lemon cake was a big win! They have a nice patio and they're super dog friendly.

The shrimp taco is excellent! Plump and flavorful. You can't go wrong with any if the fresh sides, either. I can easily see why it's an island favorite!

Almost Ruben sandwich with macaroni potato salad. $10. Very good but not really worth the price in terms of what you get (size etc)

    NICK SAUM · June 29, 2012
  • NICK S.

Food is good but I always leave hungry. Portion sizes are a bit on the small size while prices are a bit higher than you would expect for what you get.
