I disagree with comments on yelp/google about staff being rude. They took their time, but were friendly and respectful. Dont come here in a hurry - just chill and sip koolaid until your order is up.

They have the best soul food around. They stay open late on Saturday nights after the club.

Come in early service extremely slow. Waited 40 minutes after being seated before waitress took order!

This expensive food sucks. I've never eaten such a dry, bland pork chop. Slow service and we didn't get our 2nd sides. Probably for the best. Yuck.

Service can be rather slow, chicken was good though

Must've been a bad day. Catfish, black-eyed peas, and green beans WAY too salty to eat and I love salt. Cornbread and sweet potatoes were good, but probably won't go back. Pretty disappointed.

Awesome greens, cornbread, blackeye peas, & green beans. They were out of chicken though. Also, you probably don't want to use the restrooms.
