People tend to check in during these times:
24 hour Dunkin' Donuts for the win.
Underground shopping and food, directly connected to most buildings in Rockefeller Center
There is a subway in this subway!
This underground direct connection is pretty clutch for UBS employees during bad weather!
You have the options of Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, Au Bon Pain, Liberty Deli, Wendy's or Burger King right in the station.
Sometimes you get phone/Internet service.
Catch the B D or F train downtown to west 4th for some great shopping.
if u r a tourist, just follow the signs. downtown is for the lower # streets & Brooklyn. Uptown will get u to Queens.
The Dunkin Donuts is really 24 hours! Outside the train not in though whomp whomp
Making NYC Your Gym is as easy as getting off the subway a stop early. Get off at RockefellerCenter & walk the rest of the way to work/home/school. More on Making NYC Your Gym http://on.nyc.gov/T6Gc9J
Massive underground mall with shopping restaurants stores, and even dry cleaning!
FYI: weekdays- Queens bound F train--> if you're here at 4:20pm, there are back-to-back F trains.. So if the first one's crowded, WAIT bc the 2nd one is right behind & empty ;)
Walk as much as you can underground. The tourists on the street are terrible.
The F Train is The worst train ever.... You wait over 10 mins for a crowded train, 4 Uptown B/D trains pass by & after 10pm - Save yourself the hour commute & take the LIRR!!!!
Delays on the F train
Cellular Service on the platform.
Want Wifi? Go to the front on the queens bound (F)/(M) and search for "surfintown"

On hot, muggy mornings, the platforms smell more like Rockefeller's Septic Tank.
