I always call the part between 4th Avenue-9th Street and Carroll Street the Culver Viaduct. But according to a train review I've seen on YouTube, thats the Crosstown Viaduct. Not the Culver Viaduct.
No matter what time of the day it is, ALWAYS Express in Queens, Local in Manhattan & Brooklyn. The second longest line (by mileage) in the train system behind the A (Far Rockaway to 207 St-Inwood).
