Art museum: unique Medieval mural paintings, modernism interiors, XXc art
You must see definitely.
Free entrance on the first Sunday of the month!
Beautiful building, huge collection, but presentation can be done better. The building is more interesting than the art
The walk up is not bad, and the view is well worth the pay-off.
Really great views of Barcelona! These views are much better than what you see from the sagrada familia towers!
The mural is the best
Splendid museum with great surroundings. Best fountains and view of the city. Sometimes lovely singers.
Not very accomodating for baby strollers (facilities + most of the staff)
Once at the top, go left down the hill towards the cable cars and make your way to the castle behind it. Amazing views of the city!
It is alone a reason to travel to Barcelona :) Besides fantastic and unique art, it is also very well organized, and displayed.
A really wonderful museum which you should see. It is located in Espanya.
Go here first. And then to all exhibition house ('casa')...
The collection of civil war and communist era art in the modern art wing is really interesting
Beautiful views and fountains
So much fun. Learn how all the art movements you've heard of tie into Catalan history. Worth several hours.
Great building, great view this place is a must see - and at 9 pm there is amazing the magic fountain with red, blue and green lights
The view is great 👍 - The cafe outside is very expensive, 3 small water bottles and 2 cokes is 17 € - And then service is rude. Don't shop here, bring your own drinks :-)
Temporary exhibition of photos was very good. The permanent one was OK, but definitely not the first place in Barcelona to visit.
Nice place to see whole city view, there are so many art galleries you must see
The Palace reminds me of Aladdin from afar. Amazing scenery! Interesting modern art collection in the museum.
Nice museum in a great building. Roof view of the city is awesome.
Sit out by the night and look at the stars!!!
Even if you don't get in... Just enjoy the view
Beautiful place for photos. Tiring walk to the top but so worth the amazing view.
Breathtaking View... It is worth to vlimb the Staues...
You should spend a whole day there if you really like visiting museums. Gorgeous
A rewarding view over the ciutat comtal after trekking to the top. Impressive Spanish and European art.
Awesome piece of architecture with a viewing terrace for just 3€!
a very beautiful building itself and an astonishing collection. you can spend much more than one day in here
Beautiful view!! Make sure you climb on the roof. Magnificent pieces of art!
Dear travelers , especially single! Be careful running outdoors gang of pickpockets, consisting of 4 people. Your bags can be attacked if you are too careless. The faces of these crooks on the photo.
Family ticket is not that pricy. Excellent views from upstairs. Pretty interesting collection.
Free after 3pm on Saturdays.
One of the most beautiful places I've ever seem.
Well worth the short ascension: the view from the terrace is brilliant (best enjoyed w/ a beer)! The restaurant serves a correct lunch, and the entrance to the museum is free on Saturdays after 3pm.
Picasso and Miro together with Dali and Gaudi - Catalan artists who You Can meet on this extraordinary and excellent museum!
Great collection, from 'Romanic' to 'modern art'. Beautiful museum, delicately designed and with great city views (getting up to the rooftoop is a must!). You won't regret it!
Comfortable couches, free wifi and excellent architecture at the ground floor! Take the elevator to the roof for a great view. They redesign the Modernism section now, they only exhibit a few pieces.
Bring an interpreter if you don't speak Spanish or Catalan and want to know more about the expositions. Only few signs are in English.
Free wifi & beautiful view of Barcelona
Taking the stairs are worth the beautiful panoramic view
Remember to visit the terrace.
The museum is housed in a beautiful building set above Barcelona. The view from the top is amazing. You get a panoramic view of Barcelona there. Combing your museum visit with magic fountain show.
Its an interactive museum, art&history classes are there, some artists paint and some art-lovers have activities inside with music, eyes-closed... Really interesting!
Make sure you go down the escalators and wait for the Magic Fountain show!
Free Sunday's. Head to the roof!
