History of the early colonists and the indigenous people interesting. Not much to see here, but it's worth visiting as one of a number if city museums.

Taking the highlights tour is a good way to get an overview of the small but interesting museum. I think this is also a good intro to Sydney when you 1st arrived.
The temporary Andrew Merry "Boomburbs" exhibit is a must see for anyone with an interest in urban life
