As for me - there are better places around, but my friends love this one) Maybe I wasn’t lucky enough, but my choice wasn’t impressive 🤷🏼‍♀️

The menu is so BIG that one gets lost. But do try the wonton soup and the hot and sour soup as well. Great stuff.

I enjoyed the food here, roast pork and Peking duck were tasty. The place is a bit shoddy, and toilets need updating.

They have a good set meal for 2 people, in case you're not sure what you want to order. The only problem is that it actually is enough to feed at least 4...

The ducks hanging in the window makes this place legit. One of the few places, if not the only place in the city, where you can get chicken, pork, duck on rice. Fairly large portions.

Made famous by Kees van Beijnum's book 'Oesters van Nam Kee' (Nam Kee's Oysters), so you should try them at least. Not very friendly but very efficient staff, good chinese food and free tea.

Try Nam Kee's delicious OISTERS, these where the best i've ever had. It's possible to order single oisters instead of the whole menu, €2,50 each. Enjoy!

A good place to get some Chinese food if you're tired of Wok To Go or Wok to Walk. No charge for rice, and beer is cheaper than at Nam Tin in Waterlooplein. I got the Eggplant claypot, it was only OK
