The 1-2 punch of crab and pork soup dumplings followed by pan fried juicy pork buns will knock you into dumpling heaven for $11. You just need to take the 7 to the last stop to get there.

I've been here countless times. The order for 4 people is 2 racks of soup dumplings, the cold and spicy beef slices, the cucumber salad, and beef pancake. Come hungry and leave happy.

XLBs are nice, clean and meaty, not too salty. Salt is the major diff btwn Joe Shanghai and here. Joes is mich saltier. Scallion pancake and garlic cucumber, fantastic.

Amazingly good XLB of course. You may find it too salty due to the soy sauce or the taste of your tears silently streaming down your face at the taste of such authentic shanghai style dimsum

Order the soup dumplings (buns). Possibly the best in NYC. Get 2 orders if it's more than just you eating. If you're in the mood for noodles, the crispy noodles w/ shredded chicken was delicious.
