Get a library card
Go to Level 5, where they have a Study Lounge for people who wants to read, work on their assignments or to go online with their laptops.
Make sure you bring your jacket or you'll be freezing. Way too cold.
You cannot talk too loud in library you know. Shhhhhh!

This place is best to study. With its spacious surroundings and comfortable seating areas, you can spend the whole day camping here. At leas that's what I am doing
Don't come during weekends u have idiots sitting all over the floor with their textbooks bags whtever! I really hope officers will just shoo them out! Library is not for u to do mugging ok?

You can bring reference books from any levels of the Reference Library to any other levels. Just use the staircase located at the left end (upon entry) of the Reference Library at your level.
The setting of the library on the 11th floor damn nice.

The sirlion steak in Hans restaurant ground floor is good & economical.
go up to the reading lounge and see if you can poke awake a snoring person who is annoying the hell out of nearby readers.
Get few books borrowed at B1 then proceed to study room at level 5 or 7 for a peace of mind
No point coming early... There will still be lots of people! Come earlier!!!
Lvl 11 has library patrols who will tell you off. On Lvls 7-9 they will leave you alone.
There are toilets near Hans Cafe below the stairs leading downwards near there.
There's a book cover art exhibition on level 7!

There are always seats n tables but people leave bags and belongings on them.
Good for reference and self study. Got Internet too so you can refer to some sites like wiki even if you don't have your personal lap top. And normal books at level B1..
