If you are on a budget but don't want to miss on a play on this fantastic theatre, ask about the standing option (5 pounds). The scenography is incredible. Nice to hang out before and after plays.

Lovely place to read! You can pick any of the common areas outside the theatres. The lighting over the tables is excellent for working, even in areas that look very dark before trying the tables.

The best performances take place here. Huge, modern industrial rooms/theatre. Excellent bar with drinks/beers in the ground floor, with view in southbank. Excellent coffee shop on the side.

Great place to see the best of British Theatre. Bars better as you go up. Food not bad. Go to the Espresso Bar at the back for a good selection of sandwiches but get your drinks at the bar.

The café does a great flat white, but the sandwiches are pretty expensive. Not a lot of light, but there's lots of space to sit and ponder. Don't forget to get an entry pass for early bookings!
