Older hotel with very dated rooms in the smaller tower. Had problems with the plumbing and with room amenities. Sorry Marriott, you're losing the race against Hilton!

Free food at meal time in the concierge's lounge is more chaotic than at a late night pizza place in a college town after last call.

The elevator system works GREAT! Only issue with the elevators is that in a city known for music, I was surprised to hear just the standard run of the mill, typical "elevator music". LOL

Odd as it may sound, these are the best elevators ever. Punch in your floor, it tells you which car, of seven, to board, and drops you at your floor. Fast.
