    If you work a 9-5 The best times to come and not deal with crowds are early mornings or around 8pm. No issues. Also Reggie is a great trainer!

    Did you know the pool and spa here are now filled with salt water? Now you can exercise, float and soak minus the chlorine and sand.

    Horrific. I've never been to a gym with ceilings that low in my life. Each area connected as if it was constructed to be a maze. No open area. Nothing but old men walking naked in the locker room...
