Long pick-up lines for passport will-call. Be sure to be here before 3PM, if you have a 3-4PM pick-up. Great service, if you have all your documents prepared - walk in - no appt needed for 10th Flr.

    1) Arrive early w/ paperwork intact. 2) Leave food at home even water - I was forced to dump an unopened bottle of water. 3) Smile and be friendly - so far that's gotten me through very quickly

Really good experience here made my appointment had all my documents ready and things went very smooth we were there less than an hour and will be able to pick up the pass port next day costed $165.

If you have an appt. Tell the metal detector guy or else he will make you wait on the non-appt line which is massive! Be prepared (fill out all forms) the ppl behind the window are Nasty!

this is the place to come when you need a passport on the SAME DAY. even though the website says otherwise, they do take walk-ins (but prioritize appts). expect to wait 4+ hours in the non-appt line.

Showed up @7am, the day of my 8:30 scheduled appt, went thru A (appt only) line 2x- 2nd time just at my appt time as per the clerk. Earlier come earlier served wasn't so but was out at 8:45 regardless

Make an appointment and show up early so you will be in line A which is like an express lane - and get it done within an hour. Will get it mailed instead of following day pick-up.

Honestly Line B for people without appointments was far shorter. The guy behind me in line outside at 7:30 got to the check-in desk at least 20 minutes before I did in line A. Bring reading material.
