Great librarians and a great collection.
Convenient location, but air quality is questionable. This place has an unusually bad BO-like smell; in need of ventilation.
Pretty large children's section downstairs. Quite new library and well kept.
Weekends best / avoid stroller mob

Upstairs the periodicals reading area is a very nice space. Choose your magazine or newspaper. Relax, read, and then it goes back on the shelf. Your home stays clear of clutter and paper waste.
We are lucky in Battery Park City to have this gleaming example of how relevant, pleasant, and user-friendly a neighborhood branch library can be. Not to mention the green building, which is great.
Venture to the library's children's reading area and crack open a book together. It's a great way to bond while educating. Visit www.educationnation.com for more ways to engage your child's mind.
Great library with free wifi on the second floor. Small selection of books, but the friendly librarians will help you recall books from other branches.
