Surprisingly not very crowded on Sunday mornings. Cardio Kickbox is great, just be on time. Heat/Air generally seem to be an issue though, so bring some cold water with you.

They have the new Livestrong bikes that let u ride in the drops and also tell u yr speed and cadence. Too smooth of a ride, tho, if yr used to cycling outdoors.

Best equipments of all the NYSC in Manhattan...need to clean the locker rooms more because of high traffic...some problems with temperature control especially in the summer.
What f@@@ing gym runs out of towels at 1130am and says no more towels for the rest of the day !! Maybe I should say my $ ran out this month for my membership ! Get your act together NYSC

Christine for step on Tuesday at 6:45 AM (worth getting out of bed) & Fridays at 6:45 is amazing! Her TBC on Friday at 5:45 is awesome but be ready for killer squats.
Alonzo is an amazing trainer. Really good for toning, strength training and weight loss. Tons of experience and an all around great guy. Also a nutritionist !

There are two trainers I recommend here; coach Aaron, and Coach Rick Williams. These guys are the real deal. Best boxing coaches at NYSC. Great trainers with positive attitudes.
Has three ergs. (Because I hate when I'm all ready to row and then there's someone on the sole machine who doesn't even know how to.)
