    This is my place, I love this location. So clean, sweet people. However, most of the cardio equipment needs serious attention! Be careful and don't be afraid to swap treadmills 4 times. I get it.

    The pulley/cable machine is always it like a hawk if you need it. Some people will be nice and switch out. Not many though lol.

    Come early in the morning if you want to use the machines with barely any wait time. Super friendly staff and always clean. Haven't met a rude person yet

    Brian, trainer, ROCKS! He really pushes you. It's a love-hate relationship. Just like it should be with your trainer. If you like your trainer during your workout, they aren't pushing hard enough!
