Everybody using the pool must wear a bathing cap, unless it's a kid's birthday party. Because the pool filter knows the difference.

Do yourself a favor if you really insist on getting a NYSC membership and wouldn't mind getting a passport, sign up with another branch. Their membership consultants here are difficult to deal with.
If u r looking for an attentive trainer, ask for Vincent. I had an injury within two weeks he had me back 100 per cent. Also check out his bootcamp. Be prepared to get your butt kicked.

I was paying a lot less in 24Hr Fitness Ultrasport in NYC and I was getting a lot more. No juice/smoothie bar, unfriendly staff, no wifi, old equipments, disgusting locker rooms... Quite a ripoff...
Why are there no towels in the locker rooms?
Try UXF Saturday at 8....don't forget to set your alarm for 5 am Thursday to sign up...

The one towel they give you at the desk is what you get. There are no towels in the locker rooms! That's just crazy.
Once you try Vinyasa yoga with Jen, you'll be hooked.
Try to leave the men's locker room with out seeing man ass. It's virtually impossible.
Great gym...gets really busy from 5-8
Make sure to stare and oggle at yourself long and hard in the mirror after each set. And mutter the words, "You're a star" when doing so.
Take Jen's yoga class on Wednesday night, it is awesome!
