pick up your towels when you are done. put them in the dirty towel bin. it's simple.
the locker room stinks
Enough with the "emergency towel shortages". Giving people 1 towel per gym session is pathetic for how much we pay each month.

The showers here don't have those nasty vinyl curtains that get sucked in and touch your body.
Boot Camp with Will wednesdays at 7:30 PM and Sundays at 11:15 AM is the most intense work out ever. Perfect to get in top shape for the summer.
TRX with Heyward Lovett is the best way to start the day!!
Make sure you leave your nasty wet towels on the benches in the locker room. Because people love picking up after you, and it's not fair for the gym to expect you to carry 10 WHOLE FEET to the bin.

Call ahead for spin classes, but the ones on the weekend are rarely full

Really nice showers with doors. The weight room is disgusting though - in the basement, humid, and smelly.

Did u know that this gym has pilaties for free and a spin room? Well it does!
Grabs towels on the first floor in the AM if you are showering - often they are not stocked in the mens locker room (then you have to go back downstairs).

Wednesday night spin with Angie - hard but worth it!
AC barely works and it smells more like feet than most other gyms. Which is an accomplishment.
Wow,this is the nicest NYSC gym by far.
Get in before the 5 pm rush if you can. Usually died down by about 7 kid you have to go after.
A massively disorganized gym with 1 water fountain?! 1 water fountain! Why aren't there fountains outside the studios? #mindblown

I like aspects about this location but not cool factor x1000 is turning the lights off in the lockerroom at closing. Not moving very fast in the dark, brain freeze.
*LADIES* bathrooms have hairdryers but not the best shampoo/ cond. Bring yours.
If you want to use an elliptical machine, you'll have to try about 4 before finding one with a working TV.

It gets a little tough to find a machine during the peak hours but aside from that, the club is well maintained and has a great selection of classes.
Go to all of Jesse's classes. He's the best.
You can find more tools in here than a hardware store
they have spin bikes set up by the cardio machines upstairs. you don't need to be in a class to use them.
Try offbeat classes like hip-hop funk or ultimate step. Send the kids to childrens’ sports classes and jump into various kinds of yoga and spinning sessions.
Locker rooms are clean and the gym itself is well kept. Gets busy during usual peak times but its bearable.

There is never any air!!! This place is the hottest New York sports club I have ever been to but the classes are so amazing I keep coming back. Anyone up for bikram shred class?
They really need to change the lockers in the lockerrooms. So many of them are falling off their hinges.
