People tend to check in during these times:
NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, based in New York City, is the nation's largest not-for-profit, non-sectarian hospital, with approximately 2,400 beds. The Hospital has academic affiliations with two of the nation's leading medical colleges: Weill Cornell Medical College and Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.
Our daughter needed stitches, and the nurse said a resident could do it or "someone more qualified". We chose the latter, and a 1" suture cost us $2500 from a Park Ave plastic surgeon. Caveat emptor.
The ER staff is great, the nurse Jim Yates is wonderful
Great Hospital. BUT!! The Emergency Department at WEILL CORNELL MEDICAL CENTER, 68 Street and York Avenue is very very slow, and the NURSES need BEDSIDE MANNERS. Most of them have a nasty attitude.
Better than many ERs in New York.
I come here for work, and the staff is friendly enough
dads-to-be, don't miss the anatomy ultrasound! this is when you get to meet your baby in detail: tiny hands, tiny feet, beating heart, bladder, cerebellum, and more!
10/10 would birth again
Avoid the hospital cafeteria. Staff in recovery is exceptionally organized.
Best Audiologists in the city!
Staff at Labor & Delivery are amazing, so grateful to have 2 healthy twins to take home. Nurses are helpful, friendly & patient. Christine & Denise were our favorites, but honestly, cannot go wrong!
When staying at the hospital: if you're having a hard time swallowing your pills, an alternative would be to ask the staff to crush the meds and have Vanilla-Meds Flavored Pudding! 👍
Great hospital......I'll come here forever
If you have ER needs, this is the place to come. Love this hospital and I have great memories of it.
Amazing place to have a baby. Great staff...
Have your photo ID ready for security to prevent delays at the entrance
One of the best hospital for prenatal care and the OB/Gyn staff is great. Love my OB.
One of the best OB/Gyn departments. Great staff.
Excellent Department of Otolaryngology
The family waiting room for those who loved ones are having surgery is nice & calming. Most everyone respects the no food no cell phone policy. The volunteers & nurses who keep you informed are great!
Fantastic hospital! The staff is friendly and talented, and the building its beautiful.
This is the best hospital in Manhattan (the only equal being its sister hospital, Columbia Presbyterian). The doctors, nurses, interns, residents are among the finest in the world. Clean and new, too.
Without doubt, one of the finest medical institutions in the world
Best Hospital in NY
Best E.R.! Staff provide excellent service full of professionalism and friendliness!! Free wi-fi under guest-net.
Have small bills for the gift shop, the people are so nasty. Watch the corners wheel chair danger. Nurses rude, not helpful. Filthy.
The people in the radiation oncology department are fabulous
Dont ever cone here!! Its the most uncaring, unproessional people I have ever met!! It only takes care of "their own." I recommend another Hospital.
Staff @ Stretch radiation center are very kind +professional
Doctors are so great!
Dr. Maday Gonzalez is jst awesome! Very catering&detailed in medical cases. Spends time with patients&down to earth. Makes a patient feel great!
Best free wifi on the UES!
If you're in labor and getting a spinal epidural, beware of symptoms of a dural puncture after delivery. These include headache and dizziness accompanied with difficulty hearing and seeing.
14 South is an amazing place. Nobody wants to leave!
Get well soon!
Free wifi under "guest-net"
The physical therapy and occupational therapy departments here are top notch!!
The staff here is attentive, kind, and knowledgable. Three tv channels are free. It's $8/day to add more which isn't bad. Coffee shop open 24 hrs and plenty of taxis outside.
jokes the nurses enjoy: puns, fart jokes, anything lindsay lohan-related, hilarious food requests. not enjoyed: 'has it kicked in yet? I can't feel my nose.' also, ask for extra cookies!
Stay on G 14S!
Great Hospital. Nice view overlooking east river.
Great volunteering here. Everyone has great advice and its nice to get to know everyone.
The staff here is awesome.
The doctors&staff are just awesome! Attentive&caring. Young&well educated in health&services!
Don't drink the orange juice in urology.
