People tend to check in during these times:
Take a picture like this! Then lost on Facebook saying, "Now you know how to shit rainbows like me."
If you can, cross the border into Canada because the view of both falls is better. You get a good view of just rapids on the American side.
Make sure your grab your quarters and passport if you are walking back and forth between the US and Canadian sides!
Walk paths are slippery near falls in winter. Even railings are covered with ice. Be careful when walking.
great place to take the family, absolutely beautiful
Careful don't fall in!! It's a long way down
I love the night time lights. During the day got to see the awesomeness of the rapids & managed to see a rainbow over it too!
Cave of the winds is best thing to do at the falls.
Was really awesome to see at night with the changing lights on the waterfalls...glad I got to see it from the Canadian side, much more interesting!
You can walk over the Rainbow Bridge to the Canadian Side if you so choose; there is a $0.50 toll for pedestrians to cross, but it is totally worth it.
Better view from the Canadian side. Make sure you have your passport!
Don't go down in a barrel
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING VIEW!... Plus, inside the visitors center you can watch in the IMAX theater the short film on the history behind Niagara Falls. Highly recommend!
