Also known as the Manila Domestic Airport. A one-level building and the oldest of all the terminals under the MIA system. The pre-departure area can seat 929 passengers and several retail establishments within the terminal provide conveniences to passengers taking local flights.
Other reviews mentioned eating ahead or bringing food in. If you're not looking for anything extravagant or special (allergy or other dietary needs) this place has enough cafes to hold you off.
Super smooth check in with Air Asia. The counter agent was extremely kind. There is food in here NO NEED to buy food outside to bring. Overall this terminal exceeded my expectations.
AirAsia International Departure passengers are crammed in a small area for check in. AirAsia only has two lines for everyone checking in: there's no separate line for people who checked in online.
For the second time in one week, Air Asia lost my luggages. And the airport staff told me this always happen with Air Asia. Beware!
For local flights, arrived just right on time before the gate closes. Coming early will cause more inconvenience because the lobby and the waiting area by the gates are very small and crowded.
How to go to Terminal 4 from Alabang: Ride a jeep going to Sucat. Then, ride an FX going to Lawton, alight at Ninoy Aquino Rd. cor. NAIA Rd. And finally, ride a jeep going to Terminal 4. Fare: Php41:)
There's nothing here!!! Go across the road for some shop
Improving! Slowly. But improving nonetheless.
There's no pedestrian lane from the parking to the terminal! Whaaaaaat?!! #patintero
Make sure to show up early... You will need to print your ticket out at the airline office
First time to be here again since early 2000. Great improvement in interior and counter check-ins!
should prepare yourself with a delayed flight.bring some foodies if you can.
Surprisingly, there's free working WiFi.
Not the best terminal to have an international flight!
Renovated terminal. Working a/c. Charging station for mobile phones a plus. Restroom is a bit small though.
Aaaaand hello reality!
Airport's very small.
Overnight parking is ridiculously expensive.
December getaway :)
Tip from Javalava Manila Tours: Small airport terminal but has all the necessary facilities except a smoking lounge. Smoke before you check in. More tips visit http://www.facebook.com/JavalavaManila
For transfers to other airport terminals, look for the "transfer" desk near the baggage claim area where you can get a free shuttle service. Waiting time takes about 45min, travel time takes 5min.
Bound for Cebu!!!!!!! 💞
Is not feeling well
It's clean now, cool and upgraded! Well done! 💕
Get ready to pay extra 550 pesso before you depart! its really crazy! 😁😁😁
If you have a connecting flight, domestic terminal has papa johns slices for a quick bite.
No bridges. For getting in and out of ze plane. :(
They have improved by time. But there's still room for improvement.
Nice terminal. Clean and well-ventilated. :)
Back to reality... 😩
Better come early for checking in. Manual weighing scale, no air con, long Q with 1 check in counter, 1 tax paying counter...Pay additional 550 peso yet the air port in poorrrrrrr condition...
Boracay in a bit!!!!!
It's getting worse! Staff need an upgrade on being polite
Better than NAIA 2
KL bound 😍
Home. The mission begins. #ayd6
They have free wi-fi! and Cinnabon :-)
They should have a shutter for those passengers whose planes are parked a long way from the boarding/ arrival gates!
Not so nice airport
When departing in terminal 4 be sure to be here 2hours before flyt. Check in counter wont be open if it is earlier
The security guard at the entrance requires you to have a print-out of your ticket - which is easy to fake anyway. A total waste of time.
No smoking area in this terminal.
well improved....c.r..chk....personnel..chk.....food good....i salute u guys....
the boarding area is too cold 😖
Aircon system in departure area is now COLD! Finally!
cebu bound at last. see you next week again! :)
