Pro tip #1: enjoy free champagne to start. #2: great bottles of wine for sub $100; you'll barely have time to drink. #3: ask for a kitchen tour at the end; it's the behind the scenes for your meal.

Endless Champagne pour at the start of the meal! Amazing friendly and unfussy service. Ask for the kitchen tour at the end if the meal. We got to see Chef brainstorming menu ideas with his colleagues!

Food was good, naturally flavored, but more of the originality and unique use of ingredients. Every bit is like a spoonful of nature into your mouth. Ask for the tour in their back kitchen afterwards!

Have the seasonal tasting menu with wine pairings. The pickled local fruits and greens were deliciously soft and not at all overbearing, reflecting Noma’s farm-to-table approach to food. Read more

Pro tips. #1 water costs money here. #2 go slow and enjoy your meal, it's easy to get lost in the never ending rushed service. #3 you receive the menu at the end, so no need to write.

This isn't a meal; it's a 5 hour, 20+ courses, 50+ staff experience you'll honestly never forget. . It was a masterpiece performance we were lucky to take part in.

If you don't want to wait for 3 months, the sharing table is an option. Once you're there, go nuts and ask for the pairing wine as well. All the wines are organic and almost impossible to find.

Best restaurant to date. Two times with 1.5 years in between, so two different seasons (recommended). 1st time = perfect with around 11 courses. 2nd time = too much w 22 courses… but served by Réné :)

The World's Best Restaurant in 2012. Once El Bulli closed, Rene Redzepi took over the #1 spot. Innovative, inventive and, of course, ground-breaking approach to cooking is second to none. 1 word: GO!

Ask for the kitchen tour after you've eaten. It's amazing. Also stay for a drink and chat to the staff. They're an extraordinary bunch of people.

Reset your taste buds, this is radical in pureness. Everything here tastes so refreshingly sincere after all the tricked up food of recent years. Staff is very welcoming and easy going.

The food was interesting and eye opening but it's not comfort food or food that makes your belly happy. It's food that makes your eye happy and tickles your brain.

Wonderful experience. Noma is not fancy but subtle-the kitchen thoughtfully utilised raw materials to present different combinations of flavours. It is quite a dining experience and not that pricey!

Very interesting experience for sure. Food is very experimental, interesting and delicious, but very small in size. Wine is good, but matching with food could have been better. Prices are very high.
