A trendy neighborhood located in the middle of Manhattan. We located Serenity Spa NoMad twelve years ago since the NoMad district is a very small area North of Madison Park.

Hip, hot, stylish and with awesome substance! Food, wine and service all kick ass. Not to be missed. Go for a full dinner, or if that’s not an option, check it out for cocktails.

NoMad flows north and takes its character from Madison Square Park & the Flatiron Building. Once a neglected rug & wholesale neighborhood, it’s now home to design, tech, boutique hotels, & great food.

Trending neighborhood north of Flatiron and Madison Square Park, a mix of grimy roots, chic eateries, and fine architecture. Great office & studio spaces for design/tech. Convenient to everything.

Not long ago, it was a wasteland of hookers, crack dealers, rug merchants, and failed businesses. Then the Roger Hotel came along, followed by the Ace. Now it is a trendy up-and-coming neighborhood.

A neighborhood, yet not a neighborhood. From Madison Avenue to Broadway, just north of Madison Square Park and the Flatiron District.
