The pork chop really is as good as everybody says.
The burger is outstanding and the fries are just as good, but my favorite dish is still the housemade pappardelle.
Amazing atmosphere. Awesome drinks. Even better food! My boyfriend and I shared the burger & the pork chop per recommendations from Foursquare -- Wow! Friend's ummy veg fish also pictured!
For vegetarians, the moroccan vegetable tagine is flavorful, hearty, and filling. Thumbs up!
Very very boozy cocktails and an excellent burger (cheddar, medium rare is my usual choice). If you're looking for a seat at the bar or open tables, be ruthless. Plenty of assholes will sneak in.
Agree, the pork chop is good. Love the energy. Great people watching on 2nd floor balcony.
Great burger and great Californian fare
Great brunch, try the custard french toast
Expect perfect execution. 8 staple entrees, but flavor and sides change with what's fresh at the market. The small plates are usually more bold and inventive flavors, 2-3 of those also make a meal.
This is hipster-fine-dining. The place is open until 1am and really gets pumping by then.
Eggs in jail wasn't that good :( I wish I ordered something hardier
Great burger and drinks
Pork chop! So moist
The Raven cocktail
It's almost to nice to order the burger and you had to make reservations. But you still should because it's good.
Porkchop was honestly the best I've ever had.
The poached egg, collard greens, and ham dinner appetizer is fantastic. It's like breakfast for anytime. Wow. Noms.
Great French and Italian inspired cocktails.
Share the fusilli and the hot cheese , then a tenderloin steak
Burger and flatbread were amazing. Everything was good!
If biscuits are on the brunch menu, get them! Recommend getting a 1/2 order of french toast as it's huge and almost nauseatingly custardy. Promise you'll feel better post-meal.
Everything is delicious here. Make a reservation a month in advance if you want to eat at an American supper time. If you're ok with eating at 11pm or midnight, then walk in instead.
Get the pork chop - you won't regret it
Bloody Mary and French toast
Meat and pasta
It's all about the pork chops
Creative and delicious dishes, but be prepared to wait an absurd amount of time at any hour of any day.
Eater "21 Essential Hamburgers of America" '15: Grass-fed beef patty grilled over an almond-wood fire makes it deliciously fragrant and smoky. Suggests diners add "smattering" of blue cheese on top
Got the Brussels sprouts, kale salad, targine, and the most amazing chocolate tart
When you find out avocado toast isn't always in season... 🙈
Everything. Especially the little fish.
The chicken paprikash is amazing! One slice of French toast and an entree is more than enough for 2 ravenous people.
Food is amazing
Tasty dishes, great service and a fantastic atmosphere. Loved the high ceilings.
We were able to walk straight in and grab two seats at the bar at 7pm on a Friday night. Quite surprised but it's possible.
The desserts are an actual meal themselves. Frozen yoghurt is ❤️
The burger is excellent. The patty is thick and cooked perfectly. By far one of the best burgers in the city
If duck is on the menu, get it
Damn good food. If I had to pick one restaurant to dine at during a trip to SF, this would be it. "Chef's Table" an entertaining touch to the night.
The flatbread, the Pinot Noir, the baked beans are all excellent. The vegetable tagine was slightly overcooked, the avocado toast was a bit mushy. Go early and hover around the communal table
Amazing food! Get the smoked trout if they have it on the brunch menu!
Avocado toast was amazing!

Cocktails, burger, frenchtoast,
The goat cheese crostini, broccoli cooked with anchovies, and the pork chop are amazing!!!!
